Hi, I’m Zoey.

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up exactly as you are without judgment, pressure, or the need to have everything figured out. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.

Credentials:

  • Master of Arts in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy, Martin Luther University College

  • Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) CRPO #21773

I work with youth, teens, and adults navigating a range of challenges, including ADHD, anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, stress, self-esteem, and emotional overwhelm. Whether you're struggling to manage daily responsibilities, feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or adjusting to a new chapter in life, therapy can help you build clarity, confidence, and practical tools for moving forward.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I understand that no two people experience challenges in the same way, and together we’ll explore strategies that align with your goals, strengths, and values.

I am especially passionate about supporting individuals with ADHD who may feel misunderstood, overwhelmed, or frustrated by traditional expectations. I also help clients work through anxiety, improve communication and connection in relationships, and navigate transitions such as school changes, career shifts, breakups, family changes, or identity development.

Whether you're seeking support for yourself or your child, therapy can be a place to grow, heal, and reconnect with what matters most to you.

Whenever you feel ready to take the step toward starting therapy, I’ll be here.
