Areas of Support

Therapy can provide support for a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, emotionally stuck, or simply looking to better understand yourself, therapy can offer a space for reflection, growth, and support.

I offer virtual therapy across Ontario for children, youth, and adults navigating concerns such as:

  • Anxiety & overthinking

  • Neurodivergence & navigating daily challenges

  • ADHD-related stress, overwhelm, & emotional regulation

  • Burnout

  • Self-esteem & self-worth

  • People-pleasing patterns

  • Life transitions & change

  • Relationship challenges

  • Workplace stress

  • Balancing responsibilities & caregiving

  • Feeling stuck or disconnected from yourself

  • Boundaries & communication

My Approach

I strive to create a therapy space that feels warm, supportive, collaborative, and non-judgmental. Together, we can explore patterns, build coping strategies, strengthen self-awareness, and work toward meaningful and sustainable change.

Sessions are offered virtually across Ontario, allowing you to access therapy from the comfort of your own space.

A Note

You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy, and you do not need to be in crisis to seek support. Therapy can simply be a space to pause, process, and care for yourself in a different way.

Fees

  • I offer a free 15-minute virtual consultation for individuals interested in beginning therapy. This is an opportunity to briefly discuss what brings you to therapy, ask any questions you may have, and determine whether we may be a good fit to work together.

  • Standard Rate is $135

Sliding scale spots are available for individuals experiencing financial barriers. Please feel welcome to inquire about current availability during your consultation.

Sessions are offered virtually to individuals located across Ontario.

  • I also offer reduced-cost virtual therapy services for organizations supporting staff wellbeing, such as summer camps, community programs, or youth-serving organizations.

These arrangements are coordinated directly through the organization and are intended to increase accessible mental health support for staff members.
