Areas of Support
Therapy can provide support for a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, emotionally stuck, or simply looking to better understand yourself, therapy can offer a space for reflection, growth, and support.
I offer virtual therapy across Ontario for children, youth, and adults navigating concerns such as:
Anxiety & overthinking
Neurodivergence & navigating daily challenges
ADHD-related stress, overwhelm, & emotional regulation
Burnout
Self-esteem & self-worth
People-pleasing patterns
Life transitions & change
Relationship challenges
Workplace stress
Balancing responsibilities & caregiving
Feeling stuck or disconnected from yourself
Boundaries & communication
My Approach
I strive to create a therapy space that feels warm, supportive, collaborative, and non-judgmental. Together, we can explore patterns, build coping strategies, strengthen self-awareness, and work toward meaningful and sustainable change.
Sessions are offered virtually across Ontario, allowing you to access therapy from the comfort of your own space.
A Note
You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy, and you do not need to be in crisis to seek support. Therapy can simply be a space to pause, process, and care for yourself in a different way.

I offer reduced-cost virtual therapy for organizations that support staff wellbeing, including summer camps, community programs, and youth-serving organizations.
These partnerships are designed to increase access to mental health support for staff who may be experiencing stress, burnout, anxiety, or overwhelm in their roles.
When a partnership is established, the organization can share information about the service with staff members. Staff then contact me directly to book a confidential consultation. All therapy is voluntary, and no personal information is shared with the organization.
A limited number of reduced-cost spots are available per organization to help ensure accessibility and sustainability of the service.
For partnership inquiries or to learn more about availability, please contact me directly.
